Counselling is also known as a talking therapy, and is an effective way of understanding our experiences, emotions and relationships. Through a careful process of listening and discussion, we can make sense of things, learning how to change long held beliefs and behaviours that might be limiting or unhealthy. A counsellor is always focused on the client, and your safety and health remains our primary focus.
